How to book with My Trip Collection
Booking through My Trip Collection is easy, offering a convenient, fast, and secure experience. Planning and confirming your travel arrangements is simple, and your personal information is always kept safe. Plus, you won’t be alone with your vacation—if any issues arise, we’re here to handle them for you every step of the way.

Request a Quote
Complete one of our booking request forms, where you can provide all the details for your trip. The more descriptive you are, the better we can tailor the experience to meet your expectations. This is your chance to share your vision, so feel free to include everything you'd like for your upcoming vacation.

Once we solidify your vacation option, you'll complete our travel registration form so we can lock in that price until the following day. In most cases, as long as we have your information, we can hold the booking. We will then send you a secure payment link to process your deposit or payment. Our payment processing system uses SSL encryption, the same technology banks use to protect sensitive information. Your credit card data is secured by Auric, a third-party, PCI-DSS compliant company, using secure tokens to encrypt payment information. We remove your card information immediately after each payment is authorized.

Once we receive your payment, you're all set! We will send you your VIP Itinerary, which holds all of your travel information and links in one place. For your convenience, you can also download our Itineraries App, powered by TravelJoy, to allow for offline viewing of your trip details. From the time you make your first payment, we will stay in constant contact with you, providing payment reminders and any travel-related updates.
Once you complete a booking request form, we will email you a proposal with a personalized video explaining the details. During this stage, we will work together to book the vacation that best suits you. Some clients prefer to select an option and proceed to booking, while others prefer to schedule a call or meeting to ensure they are making the right decision. During this process, you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. As long as you are serious and committed to booking with us, we offer unlimited proposal revisions and guarantee price matching. If you find a deal on your own, we will match it, apples to apples.
